ギャル曽根さんが金沢でオススメのお店へ行き、リポートしていました。

特徴はなんといっても珍しいおでん種。
この地域でいただくあっさり関西風お出汁でいただく金沢伝統のローカルフード。
赤玉さんは昭和2年創業。
90年以上続く名店中の名店なんです。

出汁をたっぷり吸った車麩 260円。
ぜんまいを油揚げでまいた「しの玉」
油揚げに味付けしたひき肉を詰めた肉いなりなど、おでんの具材も豊富。
出汁が染み込んでいてとても美味しいんだそう。
金沢の地元の方たちに長年愛されている金沢おでん・赤玉。
とても美味しそうでした。
